Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is relevant to question the role of the United Nations and its subsidiary the World Health Organization in the deployment of microwave technology.
The world now has a near universal communications network. Communications is pivotal in the development of a one world government. There are now global electricity non-governmental agencies – and step in the incremental march toward globalization.
The United Nations is a voluntary organizations and yet it has usueped the powere to approve or dismiss the dangers associated with electromagnetic radiation and governments follow what are essentially a dictat – not even recommendations. The World Health Organization’s verdict that electromagnetic radiation is 2B “possibly carcinogenic” is an example of the failure of this organization – established on Rockefeller land in New York – to address issues with transparency.
If the United Nations truly is intended to benefit humanity, the time is well past for the U.N. to honestly deal with the problems of humanity rather than cater to vested interests.
It is important to note that not only do governments have communications / weaponry orbiting around the plant but private interests have also placed satellites in space. Where is the guidance from the U.N.?
Nowhere is this more obvious with the presence of white U.N. vehicles on the streets and highways of the United States and Ireland. The question must be asked why the U.N. did not intervene in Afghanistan or Irag or Syria with peace-keeping forces. And monitoring the use of microwave technology in the internal struggles of sovereign nations.
The U.N. has many contributing members. 2018 may be the year when citizens re-evaluate their participation in an organization that has multiple agendas.
Please circulate widely.
Happy New Year,
Facebook will let you know when someone posts a photo of you – even if you aren’t tagged in it – becoming the latest tech giant to add more facial recognition technology into users’ everyday lives.
The new feature, which Facebook frames as a control measure for a user’s image, is one of three new applications of facial recognition technology the company announced Tuesday.
Snowden’s Haven app turns smartphone into anti-spy sentinel (VIDEO)
A new app developed by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden promises to harness the surveillance power of your smartphone and turn it into a tiny security system to physically guard your data.
Haven uses the regular features of a standard Android smartphone to detect changes in the environment around the device. The app, which adapts the camera for use as a motion tracker, can also pair with other devices to record sounds or changes in light before sending an alert to the owner – an ideal feature for those looking to ward off unwelcome snoopers.
Self-driving cars – Driving towards a dystopian future
The British Government is spending unprecedented amounts of money on encouraging the development of cars that drive themselves. But the UK is little prepared for the disruptive and potentially devastating changes that such cars could bring to our streets, experts have warned.
While huge amounts of work is being done in the UK and elsewhere on such technology, towns and cities are continuing to work largely as they have with private, driven vehicles – by both governments and private car and tech companies – little is being done to change the cities they will drive around. That could become a problem if autonomous vehicles truly take over, as the government has both predicted and supported.
That’s because little is being done by either the Government or other bodies to ensure that the country is ready to embrace the challenges brought by such technology. Such challenges range from the everyday but significant problems of road space to the more unusual but no less damaging problems of terror and hacking attacks, experts warned.
Who would have thought that the president who writes in 140-character missives would suddenly be interested in 70 Gbps wireless internet access?
The White House released its congressionally-mandated National Security Strategy report (warning: PDF) yesterday. Tucked away in a section on improving America’s infrastructure was this action item: “We will improve America’s digital infrastructure by deploying a secure 5G Internet capability nationwide.” Other than natural gas, 5G wireless service was the only area of technology to get a specific calling out for infrastructure.
5G wireless isn’t a specific technology per se, but rather a set of standards and technologies that interoperate in the millimeter wave spectrum to meet the needs of users today. That includes better performance around latency and bandwidth, as well as support for low-power, many-device contexts due to the rise of Internet of Things.

The FCC has several classes of RF emitters. They include Incidental and Unintentional Radiators, as well as Unlicensed Intentional Radiators, Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) Radiators, and Licensed Radiators.
• Incidental Radiators include electrical motors, dimmer switches, wall warts/transformers.
• Unintentional Radiators include devices that generate RF energy for internal use, but which are not intended to emit it. However, often some RF does radiate.
• Unlicensed Intentional Radiators, ISM Radiators, and Licensed Radiators all radiate RF intentionally.
Unfortunately, regulation of Incidental and Unintentional Radiators, as well as Unlicensed Intentional Radiators, Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) Radiators, and Licensed Radiators needs to be tightened substantially. Regulation of Incidental or Unintentional Radiators was originally designed to prevent equipment from interfering with other equipment. We now know that the human body is extremely sensitive to that same interference. Since the human body cannot be “hardened” to prevent “noise” (a source of radiofrequency (RF) exposure) from affecting it, regulations need to be tightened substantially to make technology safe.
You can use a battery operated transistor radio sensitive to interference or “noise” to detect this RF. It will show up as static or other noises that are louder when the radio is placed close to the device. Check across all the frequencies in both the AM and FM bands.
Hack together a way to connect an iPad or iPhone over ethernet
The iPhone and iPad have built-in Wi-Fi that works perfectly fine, but if for some reason you’d prefer an ethernet connection, blogger Jacob Salmela shows you how to do it.
It is important for all mobile device users to know that mobile devices have very high ELF fields.Devices that I have measured using my Trifield Meter Model 100XE have had fields around 100mG, even in airplane mode. (Exposure to fields over 3mG has been linked to childhood leukemia.) Furthermore, mobile devices are also Unintentional Radiators. See below for further discussion about other FCC classes of RF emitters. This means that even when the communication transmitters are off, mobile devices are a source of RF exposure due to the RF emitted in the course of their basic operations. As such, no use of a mobile device should be regarded as “safe”. Mobile devices should not be kept (or used) on the body.

EMR now a global conservation challenge
Great news! I just had a letter from the chief scientist at the RSPB. It says, “…electromagnetic radiation has been taken up as one of the global conservation challenges in an annual paper published by Professor Bill Sutherland…unfortunately, this does not mean that we will have instantly funding and capacity to examine it in detail, but at least it is now firmly on the horizon of conservation organizations.”
I attach the paper. EMR is the last item on the agenda, they appear to find much of the science on EMR inconclusive, and the worries focus solely on 5G, but this is HUGE progress nevertheless.
I urge everyone to keep pressing this issue with the conservation organizations. I am convinced that nature is already the first casualty of our foray into the wireless world, and that the first full-scale disaster will be in nature, not humanity. This is to be expected since insects, birds and most animals have much shorter life-cycles than humans.
That said, this is something to celebrate since the nature NGOs have not, to date, taken up the issue of non-ionising radiation at all. I fervently hope that 2018 will see serious progress on this front. Please pass this along to others who are not on my not very comprehensive list of recipients.
Happy New Year!

I read the story about Kaiser’s new study on my cell phone, traveling between my office (which is replete with Wi-Fi networks) and my home (same). I happened to be traveling on BART, so when I put my phone down I studied the passengers around me.
Every sitting passenger was hunched over their phone, as if in prayer. The strap-hangers held their phones in front of their faces; the blue screens glided through the air like fish in an aquarium. All of this was normal, if vaguely depressing; a pageant I see and participate in every day.
But I also noticed, as if for the first time, how many people were wearing wireless Airpods and other earbuds. They wore them with a certain pride of ownership, as if they were in on a secret the rest of us were yet to learn.
I watched them, and thought about the public health guidelines that went unreleased for seven years. I thought about how the guidelines suggested removing headsets as soon as calls are over, and keeping the phone away from your body.

Experts say up to 3% of all people are clinically hypersensitive, as many as one-third of us to a lesser degree.
Pets and other animals can be affected by Electrosmog, too. Symptoms vary and misdiagnosis is common. Many vets aren’t considering Electrosmog as a cause of poor or worsening health. Many vets and animal activists also encourage microchip ID implants which are also electronic devices. Some fare better than others after being microchipped.

Brown decision on FirstNet, fires affecting cell service
About Napa/Sonoma fires and cellular telephone vulnerability. Also FirstNet implementation —
State hearing on emergency preparedness, Dec. 4.
Joint Legislative Committee on Emergency Management and Assembly Committee on Communications and Conveyance Informational Hearing: Sounding the Alarm: Examining the Performance of Emergency Warning Systems in California During the 2017 Fire Season — December 4
At 2:18, Sen. Bill Dodd of Napa said that the Sonoma and Napa County fires wiped out the cell towers in the mountains. The city of Napa was not threatened by the fire and was not burned. However, for 3 days, the 75,000 residents of Napa had no cell service because the cell towers in the mountains were destroyed. If the residents only had cell phones, they had no way to reach 911 or make any other calls for three days.
Now, these same residents would have had unscathed, uninterrupted copperline landline service for those three days. It would be interesting to confirm with Sen. Dodd’s office if people with landlines had no problem during those 3 days.
Also, at 2:23, Asm. Aguiar-Curry asked about FirstNet implementation, and one of the panelists responded that Gov. Brown has to decide by 12/28 whether California will opt in or opt out of FirstNet — the national interoperable emergency system that Los Angeles firefighters fought due to cell towers being planned for fire stations. Contact Brown’s office to oppose FirstNet and ask for California opt-out. FirstNet promotes the Internet of Things, “smart city initiatives”, and the FirstNet mission is to deploy, operate, maintain, and improve the first high-speed, nationwide wireless broadbandnetwork dedicated to public safety!
IF YOU ARE OPPOSED TO 5G, you should be opposed to FirstNet! Most states have already approved FirstNet, California is one of the few states that has not yet done so. Let’s keep it that way!

Downtown Napa is seen in September 2016 from a scaffold surrounding the steeple of First Presbyterian Church. After seeing proposals over the years to install public Wi-Fi Internet coverage in the heart of town, city officials are now weighing whether to allow the use of light poles, traffic signals and other fixtures as mounting points for a next-generation cellular data network.
J.L. Sousa, Register file photo
Napa and Verizon Wireless may complete a trade – of more places to set up cellphone transmitters in exchange for what may become the backbone of a synchronized, traffic-smoothing network of stoplights.
An agreement up for review Tuesday by the City Council would open up city-owned light poles and traffic signals for the telecommunications company to install so-called small cells, or shorter than higher cell towers, throwing a wider web of coverage for wireless Internet and voice calls. Combined with new fiber-optic cable lines, the transmitters also are expected to link to Napa’s traffic control hardware and allow the city to monitor its stoplights at all times – and eventually carry images from surveillance cameras to track accidents and emergencies.
After deciding where to install its new cells, Verizon is to pay the city $100 a year for the use of each location, with the fee rising 2 percent annually. The contract will run for 15 years with up to three two-year extensions, but Napa will be able to opt out after the seventh year of the deal.

The twenty-first century is marked with exponentially increasing development of technologies that provide wireless communications. To the pollution of the atmosphere with radio and TV signals, not only satellite communications but also any varieties of the Wi-Fi networks are added. By 2010 in the USA, 285 million mobile phone subscribers have been registered (for a little bit more than 300 million inhabitants). The estimate for the world is more than 5 billion mobile phone users at approximately 7 billion people living on this planet. Approximately 2 years ago, the International Agency of Research on Cancer (IARC) classified the electromagnetic fields used in mobile communication as a possible cancerogene. This paper discusses the potential health hazard and lack of scientific assessment and regulatory actions in protection of the life on the planet.

CABTA has several recent victories
Happy holidays to all!
May 2018 be a year of peace, good health and more progress on the wireless front
(or lack of progress for telecom)! A huge thank you to all who have worked so hard on so many different wireless issues and to those who have supported our efforts. You are all so greatly appreciated.
CALIFORNIA BRAIN TUMOR ASSOCIATION NEEDS YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO CONTINUE THE WORK WE DO TO HELP SAVE OTHERS FROM THE HORROR OF A BRAIN TUMOR OR OTHER SERIOUS HEALTH RISKS FROM WIRELESS RADIATION. PLEASE DONATE AT WWW.CALIBTA.ORG
I will be using the email address firstname.lastname@example.org in the future for brain tumor/wireless related issues so please change my email in your database. If your emails are of a personal nature please continue to use email@example.com
Also our new website is www.calibta.org– we are in the process of building it now- hopefully it will be done soon (but do take a peek).
Thankfully CABTA has several recent victories to share with you in regard to our work on the wireless radiation and health issue:
1) The CTIA was recently denied their request for an en banc hearing on their lawsuit against Berkeley’s cell phone right to know legislation which has been implemented. We will know by January 15 if the CTIA will appeal to the United States Supreme Court. We are quite thankful for the help of Harvard Constitutional Law Professor Lawrence Lessig who defended Berkeley pro bono against Theodore Olson representing industry.
2) Governor Brown vetoed SB 649 at the last minute. We worked diligently for months fighting this horrific bill (I led a group of advocates and professionals – the California Alliance for Safer Technology) and our efforts paid off. If it passed, local govt and constituents would have no say in where telecom places 5G wireless telecommunication facilities (yes, WTFs) in every public right of way in every community in CA- in front of your homes and schools.
3) The California Department of Public Health finally released their cell phone precaution document to the public a couple of weeks ago. I learned of this document in 2009 and when it was still not released years later I told Joel Moskowitz about it and he filed a Public Record Act. When they did not respond he sued the CDPH and won- but they only had to release it to him.
Several of us then lobbied Sacramento and also held a protest rally at the CDPH birthday party on the steps of the CA Capitol building a few months ago. The document has been watered down a bit but it is still good and has made worldwide news. This is a major tipping point- we need our government agencies to support the warnings we are giving the public. If you have not yet seen the document please email me and I will send it.
CABTA has a lot planned for 2018. We hope to take Berkeley’s cell phone right to know ordinance across the nation- and do the same with the CDPH document. We are continuing with educational programs for the public (email if you want us to speak at your office or school)- included in the educational program is the new film Generation Zapped. It will be showing in San Francisco twice on January 24 and in Palm Desert on February 15. Please let me know if you want to schedule a showing near you. We (National Alliance for Safer Technology) are also working with other advocates across the nation to attempt to get a Congressional hearing on what is transpiring between the FCC and the telecom industry. This will involve many hours in DC educating legislators.
We are also working with attorneys who represent many who have either died from or are living with a cell phone related brain tumor. If you know of others please let us know.
Sending blessings and gratitude,
Ellen (Ellie) Marks

On December 4, I sent an important article by postal mail to the members of the Cellular Phone Task Force, and others for whom I have postal addresses. It answers a lot of questions about how cell phones work and the radiation they emit.
Many people have requested it be sent by email so they can forward it to others. I am attaching it: please forward it widely.
There is a reason cell phones are outlawed in Green Bank, West Virginia: even a single cell phone, even from miles away, would blind the radio astronomers there and make it impossible for them to see the stars. Astronomers measure radio waves in units called janskys. A typical star shines at 10 to 100 janskys. The Sun shines at about 500,000 janskys. When you hold a cell phone against your head, you are pumping energy at the rate of about 100,000,000,000,000,000 janskys into your brain.

Targeted Individuals: How to stop electronic harassment via nano fungal infection
Editor’s Note: Dec. 21, 2017: If you are a Targeted Individual, the information presented in this talk may help free you completely from all electronic harassment symptoms. This info could also benefit anyone who is suffering from Morgellons. I just discovered the videos yesterday of a Youtuber named “Lookoutfa Charlie.” I don’t know his name. People call him “Charlie” most of the time. If you are aTargeted Individual (TI) suffering any of the typical electronic harassment symptoms of tinnitis, voice to skull transmisisons, hearing voices from any sort of electronic or electical devices or appliances, bodily sensations of pain, itching, zapping, sexual stimulation, etc., you want to pay attention to what this fellow is recommending and FOLLOW HIS PROTOCOLS to break down and remove what he is identifying as askin fungal condition called sporotrichosis. I’m not going to second guess this guy since he seems very intelligent and thinks logically and – most importantly – has freed himself completely from ALL symptoms of electronic harassment. This ALONE deserves a Nobel Prize Nomination!

Schrödinger: Life feeds on negative entropy
Distant (~10mm) impact of negentropy (secondary objects “charged” at the source of negentropy) on the EIS dynamics of pure water at low-frequencies.
… a living organism continually increases its entropy – or, as you may say, produces positive entropy – and thus tends to approach the dangerous state of maximum entropy, which is of death. It can only keep aloof from it, i.e. alive, by continually drawing from its environment negative entropy. What an organism feeds upon is negative entropy… the essential thing in metabolism is that the organism succeeds in freeing itself from all the entropy it cannot help producing while alive [Erwin Schrödinger, “What is Life?”]
Studies on the distant transmission of negentropy – as a physical phenomenon – began in the 1960s in the USSR (Kozyrev, Danchenko), China (Zheng Qian, Fan Shuduo), Norway (Johansen), Switzerland (von Stockar, Liu) and other countries, even NASA uses negentropy to define the life on Mars. Experiments show that negentropy contributes to stationarity of molecular, and probably, nuclear processes, related to releasing energy. It stimulates the metabolism of biological organisms especially on their aging or regeneration stages. In 2018 newsletters we will see a lot of messages reated to experiments with negentropy.

Addiction to video games is a mental disorder, as WHO adds it to list of mental health conditions for first time
Those who play video games compulsively for long periods of time may be diagnosed with a mental health disorder.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) has for the first time included “gaming disorder” in its list of mental health conditions in a draft of its 11th International Classification of Diseases guidelines, which will be published in 2018.
The WHO characterised a gaming disorder as a “pattern of persistent or recurrent gaming behaviour” both on or offline.
